The prime objective of the company involves successful conduct of business and encouraging growth and development. The pursuing of these objectives is impossible without caring for our customers, business partners, employees and generally the world around.
To achieve the intended results we should stick to the high standards of conduct. The principles appearing in this Code set these standards and the company policy in the sphere of social accountability.
This Code is more than just a set of high-sounding statements. It should be applied practically in the day-to-day activities of the company. Each of us should follow the spirit and the form of these principles.
CONDUCT STANDART.
The company conducts business honestly, openly and adhering to principles, respecting human rights and interests of its employees.
Also we respect legitimate interests of our business partners and those persons we keep terms with.
LAW COMPLIANCE.
The company and our employees should comply with the laws and other regulatory legal acts of the Russian Federation LABOUR STANDARDS.
The company ECOPET adheres to the mutual confidence and respect in the relations with employees. The company selects, recruits and promotes employees only due to their qualification and abilities necessary for the work.
Working conditions
We make commitments to provide safe and healthy working conditions for all our employees.
Compulsory and child labour
The company never uses or stands on benefit some other way from compulsory labour. The use of labour force under a contract that attaches compulsory labour is prohibited, as well as application of physical punishment, restriction of liberty, menaces and use of violence or other forms of oppression or abuse as a means of discipline and control. The company does not use plants or other production sites where voluntary or slave labour is used.
Working time
The company is obliged to monitor that its employees work as consistent with all the applicable laws dealing with the quantity of hours and days worked.
Compensation
The employees of the company should be provided with salary and payments corresponding to the applicable laws.
Prohibition on discrimination
During the recruitment as well as during the performance by the company’s employees of their employment duties, it is unacceptable to discriminate against candidates and employees due to their race, skin colour, religion, sex, age, physical capabilities, ethnic origin or sexual orientation.
Freedom of association
We respect the human dignity and the right of the employees to the freedom of association.
Information interchange
We keep in touch with our employees by the information distribution procedures and advising.

ECOPET aims to establish mutually beneficial relations with its suppliers, customers and business partners.

HONEST CONDUCT OF BUSINESS.
ANTI-GRAFT AND CORRUPTION POLICY.
ECOPET do not give and accept bribes either expressly or by implication and do not accept any other inappropriate benefits for business or financial purposes.
The employees of ECOPET may not legally offer, give or accept any presents that appear to be bribes or may be qualified as bribes.
Any demands or offers of bribes should be refused immediately; moreover it is necessary to inform the administration of that fact.
In any of its business activities ECOPET does not offer or promise directly or indirectly personal or improper advantage for the purposes of obtaining or retaining business or other kind of benefit of a third party whether it is public or private organization. Also Ecopet does not accept offers of any improper advantage in return for conditions of exemption for a third party.
CONFLICT OF INTERESTS
The company expects from its employees that they avoid situations wherein their personal activity, material interest, conflict of their interests and official duties may cause damage and adverse consequences for the company.
