Production of rigid plastic package:
Rigid plastic package equipment stock consists of 14 modern thermoforming machines from world leading manufacturers such as «TFT», «INPAK MAKINA», «ILLIG», «GN», «HONGUA».
In addition, the company has its own workshop for the production of dies and tool sets for the package production.
A team of professional designers and engineers is ready to create and develop the package according the concrete model of the customer or just being based on the wishes and ideas about what the future package should be.
Modern technology and equipment applied in the production allow producing of technologically complicated in its construction products and satisfy thereby the requirements and expectations of the most demanding customers.
Obviously, the company’s possibility of having complete production cycle (from production of raw materials (PET film), dies and tooling sets to manufacturing the final product directly – rigid plastic package) allows making the production flexible on the maximum degree. This implies quick changes in the production schedule, taking into account the priority of the order; besides, if it is necessary, we can change the design of a package in order to correct and improve it according to the requirements of the customer .
Storage of raw materials and final products:
To ensure the safe, volume and long-term storage of raw materials and final products is also of great importance for our company.
The storage of the company occupies more than 2000 m2.
This area allows us to place a significant amount of final products and raw materials at the request of our customers.
The storage conditions are controlled according to the requirements of Safety Management System.
